Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when J.A.R.V.I.S may issue refunds for subscriptions and credit pack purchases. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Paddle, Stripe), and their rules may also apply.

1. General policy

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged and access/credits have been delivered.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.

Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

If a refund is granted, we may revoke access for the refunded period and/or adjust entitlements.

3. Credit packs and usage credits

Credit packs are delivered digitally. Once credits are added to your account or used, we generally cannot refund them.

If credits were not delivered or a technical issue prevented use, we may (at our option) restore credits or issue a refund after verification.

4. Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we detect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of our Terms.

If we suspend or terminate an account for violations, refunds are generally not available.
